Thursday, February 06, 2003 But I definitely want to forget this.. This is really.. really odd. Um.. I'm not sure what to think about this... be scared? watch my back?.. it was just weird. Apparently Aly had this conversation with some random guy -- who I conveniently labeled 'omgstalker' simply for the reason at the time I perceived him as that.. or something.. -- I discovered this conversation (one below the one between Aly and I) after I walked quite a distance from the location where the computers are and I sometimes go to write e-mails/blog. This can also explain why I really do not enjoy writing personal e-mail and blog posts on random computers... some people you never thought were watching are watching. With that said... Aly confused me by asking me this via IM (her location our dorm room.. my location in the computer-area..) Aly: what time are you coming home? Lin: probably pretty soon to start studying Lin: why? Aly: me too Aly: just curious Lin: I need to borrow your notes though.. is that ok? Lin: I have notes too from the time you weren't there Aly: yeah i am going to be reading the book Lin: alright Lin: I need to do that too sometime Lin: when did ___ say he wanted to have a study session? Aly: well i am going to study for a couple hours then do math for awhile Aly: after the game Aly: in the librbary Lin: k Lin: sooounds good Lin: so you'll be there when i come back? Lin: 'cause I'm going to need help getting in O:-) Aly: yeah i'll be here Lin: k Aly: ‘lin’ whp am i talking to? Lin: hm? what do you mean? Aly: ‘omgstalker’: Lin: no idea Aly: you do to Aly: don't lie Lin: uh Lin: no, actually Lin: what makes you think so? Aly: cause Aly: i do Aly: 'lin' Aly: tell me the truth Lin: I am. Aly: okay cuse he is using some massively chessy lines Lin signed off at 7:31:42 PM. Lin signed on at 8:04:19 PM. Note the sign on/off time... Alright... so I walk back to my dorm room to find that Aly has been talking to some STRANGER about me.. she thought he was her friend playing a joke on her or something?? Below is the conversation which was occuring between Aly and some other random guy (who was apparently sitting next to me in the computer area.. and I maybe said 3 random words to him when he asked me a question about someone's notebook just laying in the area...) ... this conversation going on between Aly and guy-sitting-next-to-me without me having any clue whatsoever... but in the meantime I'm talking to Matt (convo. below).. and kind of chuckling/smiling because of my convo. with him. Anyway. Here's Aly & random-guy... too weird...this random guy IMed Aly because he looked over my shoulder on his way of switching computers (I thought that was kind of odd about switching computers but didn't think much of it..).. and he decided to IM Aly thinking she was me or something?? ugh.. anyway.. below. Omgstalker: keep smiling k? Aly: no Omgstalker: yes Aly: no Omgstalker: YES :-) Omgstalker: u can't help it, I'll bet u are smiling right now Aly: no arguing with a woman you'll never win Omgstalker: stop it! stop smiling Aly: don't worry i'm not Omgstalker: u r, don't lie Omgstalker: ;-) Aly: only cuase you're weirding me out Omgstalker: heh Omgstalker: u like it Aly: umm i am gonna go with no on that one Omgstalker: sure ;-) Omgstalker: then why do you keep smiling?
