Monday, June 03, 2002 update I took 2nd at the spring piano competition in the advanced-solo division (wasn't sure what I had placed in the last post).... wow... and to think I was soooo close to backing out of this competition because I thought I had no chance. ... my performance in the 'winners recital' went well, even though I was panicking in my chair before I had to go up because all of the players were really good and I was afraid I might blank-out once I got on stage.. luckily I didn't. I wonder what I get for 2nd place? $$?.. I think so. . . . babbled Lin |
