Thursday, July 12, 2001 yes! I'm done working for the week. gooooooosh though.. I have piano tomorrow :( ... *sigh* what to do what to do... my teacher might drop me for all I know.. I haven't practiced at all because I've been too depressed about my last piano lesson.. heh. The song that is causing me grief? "SCHUBERT: Impromptu in A-flat minor" ..... the song from HELL! lol. j/p.. I'm supposed to have a lot of that done TOMORROW though... so, I think my teacher is going to send me to hell for having hardly any of it (to her standards) done. Sh****T! (it's worth listening to though :) - just give mp3.com a tiny bit of info and you're there!) Heh.. and then there's my lovely college audition song.. which, I personally feel, is kind of a "too easy" song for a college audition *shrug*.. I mean.. I guess it is tough because it's Mozart.. Mozart.. heh, it's intense.. you have to make EVERY note mean something - Mozart: "No. 10 in C Major, K.330 (Part 1)" - the person, however, who plays in this recording..absolutely has no sense of Mozart it seems. ....... and that's only the "first part" of the entire Sonata. (I guess I only need to know the first part because I'm only going to minor in piano...not major) Tomorrow.. if you listened to those songs.. you'll know why tomorrow is going to be "hell". Both those songs are supposed to be fairly memorized... and.. I mean, I can't even start a song without the "touch" being wrong - my teacher's opinion - on the first note... arrrrrrrgh!!! I promise to be in a better mood after my lesson is over tomorrow :) (despite I imagine it will go bad).. but once it's done.. it's done, and I have the rest of the week to not practice.. heh.. wonderful "vicious-cycle" I've made for myself. __ Why now? derek: LINNNNNNN!
