Wednesday, July 11, 2001 I went to the eye doctor today - I always wondered if I needed glasses 'ya know? So anyway, they performed several "tests" on my eyes, and supposedly I am farsighted a bit. Now I get to wear glasses when reading and being on the computer (which is always)..I look so frickin' sexy in them.. (heh.. that was sarcasm in case you missed it ;) ) Anyway.. I actually look "smart" in them. Bleh, so.. the eye exam itself sucked. lol.. she put some drops in my eyes and then attempted to have me look directly at some beam.. it was kind of embarrassing.. my eyes wouldn't open! They like.. were paralyzed from whatever was in those drops and they would not for anything open up when that light got too close to my eye.. the doctor lady said "I have really sensitive eyes".. heh.. and so they weren't able to check for some weird thing they usually check for in eye (some "disease") so the doctor just said.. after giving up on making my eyes open ;x "well.. hopefully you don't have ___".. yeah.. it's a little comforting to know I might have whatever it is that can be found in the eye..oh well?.. it's "rare" to get anyway. . . . babbled Lin |
